Orders are confirmed by phone or message before delivery. Cash on Delivery payment is collected when the order reaches the customer. Product availability, pricing, and delivery timing may change before confirmation. If an item is unavailable, the store may offer a replacement or cancel the order. Return requests are reviewed under the store return process. Items must be returned with the original packaging and accessories when applicable. Customer contact and delivery details are used only to process orders, support requests, returns, and account access.
